At archuity; we envision a new future for healthcare architecture. A future where architects and designers strive to apply the science of “evidence-based design” (ebd) to shape buildings in a way that shapes healthier people, healthier cities and a healthier planet. We want to bring health care out of the hospital and into the spaces we live, work and play. About Jacksonville FL
Jacksonville is, by square mileage, the largest city in the continental United States covering over 840 square miles. Jacksonville was coined after General Andrew Jackson, the first governor of Florida, who, ironically, has never visited Jacksonville. Duval street is named after William Pope Duval, also a governor of Florida. Jacksonville was founded by Isiah Hart and named two city streets after his daughters Laura and Julia. One of the oldest parks in the city is Hemming park named after Charles Hemming - a civil war veteran born in Jacksonville. Mayport Ferry is the only public auto ferry in Florida and connects various island areas and beaches together.
