archuity; provided expedited comprehensive design services for this relocated chiropractic office, including reconfiguration of space, coordination with the x-ray equipment vendor for the provision of lead lining in the walls, and development of plans for permitting and construction. the total design, permitting and construction turnaround time for this fast-track project, from initial phone call to the first patient adjustment in the new space, was 111 days.

archuity; is pleased to have partnered with Elevate Design to provide this stunning new transformation of the previous-branded hotel to join the Hilton family! This project involved the renovation of guest rooms, lobby, common areas, and an exterior facelift. The project also involved a feasibility study for a new porte-cochere to be considered for future phases.
STRIVE Collegiate Academy
Nashville, TN
Serving as a consulting architect on this 36,900 sq. ft. expansion of the STRIVE campus at Donelson Corporate Centre, archuity; worked in close coordination with LYNE Interiors and architect Paul John Boulifard, focusing on the evaluation of the existing building; documentation of compliant vs. non-compliant areas; illustrating as-built conditions per the request of the Tennessee State Fire Marshal's Office; QA/QC review of construction documents; and design support related to compliance issues (including replacement of stair railings, upgrade/downgrade of fire ratings and a study of a non-compliant exterior stair with a tentative design for its replacement and an alternative evaluation of how it could be repaired). Additionally, archuity; advised the team regarding preventative door & hardware considerations related to school shootings. Our combined forces are delivering functional, attractive and SAFE schools to Nashville!
