“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” - Jim Rohn
Your home is your body’s first line of defense against whatever might exist beyond those walls. It is your designer’s job to ensure that a home provides a supportive environment, delivering comfort, security, and quality of life. Residential environments we have supported include:
- Muti-family
- Residential Care
- Single-family
We would love to share how Evidence-Based Design (EBD) can enhance the quality of life for all those who dwell under your roof. Please reach out to us at (615) 200-7098 or email us at mpadgett@archuity.com

Residential Home for the Aged Conversion
Hendersonville, Tennessee
Primarily a compliance-driven project, Archuity; facilitated the expansion of this 6-bed senior residential care facility into an 8-bed facility. This conversion involved increased regulation and a review process by the State of Tennessee Department of Health. The entire building was surveyed, detailed as-built drawings were produced and a new life safety plan was created, indicating the locations of exits/exit signage, fire alarm devices, fire extinguishers, etc. The project was approved and the facility is now licensed for 8 beds.
Historic Restoration (before/after)
East Nashville, Tennessee
Restoration of a single-family home originally constructed in 1919. The aluminum siding pictured left was removed, revealing the original wood lap siding, which was restored.
